For the "Access & Rental" division, we are seeking a Technical Workshop Leader responsible for the Antwerp location (Aartselaar). As a participant in the Responsible Workplace, you will promote the proper organization of labor in the workplace. You're responsible for creating plans, maintaining the system and conducting required safety audits. You oversee the mechanics at the workshop, watch the quality of their work and provide training if necessary. In addition to analyzing mistakes, you follow up and help with repairs, you maintain order forms and ensure the quality of the parts or services purchased. You understand the company's internal rules and goals, and propose actions to improve the situation. When an anomalous situation occurs, you address it. You report to the Agency Manager and the Technical Manager of the region. Has a technical Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Automotive Engineering or Electrical Engineering and approximately ⚠ years of experience in the mechanical sector and/or a similar position. Has knowledge of Global Recruitment's technical expertise. Is technically proficient and organizationally committed, and has a direct mentality. Has leadership experience and advocates the importance of teamwork. Has knowledge of the French language and is able to respond adaptively.
