For the Care on Wheels team, we are looking for a mobile VPK with a caring heart for the elderly in the Merchtem region. You will be responsible for daily nursing care, wound care, palliative care, diabetes management, etc. You promote healthy behavior and enjoyment in the work. You act as a listening ear for the resident's family. Providing assistance at special locations affected by illness, departure, and staffing shortages.

If you have a nursing degree with ambition, extensive knowledge of Dutch, and proficiency in French, this could be the role for you. Being 'sympathetic' and 'compassionate', having effective observation skills, a systematic approach to situations, and good computer skills are important. As a successful team member with effective communication skills, you should be adaptable to different locations and have a strong sense of responsibility.

This is a mobile role within a specific radius from your place of residence (permanent contract). You will have a staff contract with flexible working hours, an attractive salary based on the relevant scale, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, a mobile phone with a company car and a fuel card provided.
