Job description:

Prepare, coordinate, and supervise activities above and below the railway track. Provide direct leadership to teams and work closely with subordinates. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Plan work preparation and necessary materials, stay updated on latest methods and materials. Collaborate with project leader to optimize execution methods and monthly progress reporting. Time division between site management and technical aspects, monthly reporting on work progress. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. Strong leadership and people management skills. Interest in on-site machinery and mechanics. Ability to work under stress, occasional night shifts. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, basic French knowledge as a site manager. Driver's license required for site management position.
