Job Description:

Our client is responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles that are not owned by leasing companies. This is why we are looking for a new truck mechanic. Under the supervision of the fleet manager and together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the company's vehicles.

Tasks:

• Maintaining both small and large vehicles that are not leased.
• Preparing vehicles for inspection and presenting them to the inspection authority.
• Repairing minor defects on the crane platform, addressing oil leaks by replacing seals, replacing hydraulic lines, etc. Performing maintenance and minor repairs on small equipment such as power supplies, vibrators, bolts, etc.
• Inspecting vehicles for issues such as tire pressure, lighting, etc.

Skills:

Understanding various cars and their repairs. Being both a team player and capable of working independently.

Certificates:

Having a B or C driver's license is considered an additional advantage. Holding a VCA license or willingness to obtain one through Global Recruitment is required.

Educational Requirements:

A secondary diploma in automotive technology or equivalent experience is necessary.

Professional Experience:

First-hand knowledge from the previously held position.

Language Proficiency:

An in-depth understanding of Dutch, French, or English.
