As a head receptionist, you will be the leading figure ensuring a flawless reception by taking the appropriate leap. After spending significant time with our clients, we expect you to manage the reception independently and professionally. Your area of ​​responsibility is in the spacious region of Zaventem Airport, with a flexible working hours schedule starting at ⚠:⚠ a.m. and ending at ⚠:⚠ p.m. distributed over a ⚠-hour work week. Your tasks are diverse and complex including welcoming guests, handling calls, booking rooms, and managing logistics and mail.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is flexible in terms of working hours and location
• Preferably resides in or near Zaventem/Vilvoorde
• Enjoys variety and can adapt easily
• Speaks fluent Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written
• Is proficient with MS Office
• Is customer and solution-oriented
• Excels both individually and in a team
