Your tasks include:

• Supporting the quality of care and emotional well-being of mentors and their families.
• Maintaining nursing records, residents' files, medications, injections, blood tests, wound care, etc.
• Collaborating with other talented individuals on projects.
• Providing solutions to problems and demonstrating effective observational skills.
