The research service monitors the progress of the population's health status and evaluates the social security system. It helps to promote a long-term perspective within the domain of healthcare and social wellbeing of the Christian Mutualité. The research department is responsible for analyzing healthcare developments through exploratory studies specific to a particular healthcare system.

This role involves providing energy to inspire, advise, and assist a large team of ⚠ talented Dutch-speaking and French-speaking individuals with complementary expertise: health economists, sociologists, political scientists, and (bio)statisticians. With your extensive subject knowledge, you can help them, especially with complex topics.
Your tasks include:
- Facilitating an environment conducive to achieving departmental goals
- Translating Global Recruitment's strategy into practical realizations for the department's assignments
- Monitoring the implementation and publication of high-quality studies
- Participating in joint projects to enhance Global Recruitment's position within the scientific and academic communities
Minimum requirements:
- Master's degree (PhD preferred) in public health, health policy, economics, medicine, or related field
- Experience in managing staff or teams
- In-depth understanding of healthcare research methods
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
