Our daily operations are augmented by two significant joint endeavors: Borouge (with ADNOC, which has its headquarters in the UAE) and Baystar (with TotalEnergies, which is based in the U.S). For our locations in Antwerp (Zwijndrecht) and Kallo, we anticipate that they will host an expert in the maintenance of hydrocarbon plants and in the management of projects. ANDR Connect currently has one hydrocarbon plant (Dehy) and three polyolefin plants (PP, LDPE, and LDPE Compounding) in its location in Kallo and Antwerp. Additionally, we are currently involved in the construction of our ⚠ BEUR Dehy⚠ facility. The size of the circles and stops is typical of ⚠.⚠ - ⚠ million euros of financial support and up to ⚠ contractors will assist us during the implementation phases. As a specialist in turnarounds, these will be your responsibilities: - You plan the preparation and execution of Turnarounds and LMBR Link according to the agreed-upon goals, in accordance with the relevant procedures of the Operations & HSE Strategy. - You define the scope of the project, plan and schedule, estimate the costs, contract with the appropriate parties, and start and stop activities between all relevant parties. You plan the assessments of the tollgate with the Gruppe expert recovery. - In conjunction with procuring, you will create, execute and finalize contracts associated with the turnaround process. - You create a dedicated and enthusiastic team of colleagues and partners called ANDR Connect. In our quest for zero goals, you will participate in the active improvement of our HSE results by improving the procedure of turning around, process, and practice. You're part of the larger ANDR Connect family, and you share common practices and participate in the Turnaround Network with other members of ANDR Connect, OMV, and Borouge. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the review of the company's other locations in Europe. If you have a master's degree from a recognized university or a similar degree by experience, you're the right candidate for this position. You have mastered the art of maintaining things and managing projects thanks to your ⚠-⚠ year experience in the petrochemical industry. Additionally, you've demonstrated the capacity to focus and take actions, and possess a solid set of negotiation abilities. Similarly, you should attempt to innovate and maximize the quality of the results. You don't let any of these issues compromise your health, safety, or environmental concerns. Your understanding of Dutch is exceptional and English at the business level is not a problem for you!
