We are currently seeking a Management Assistant for a client of ours that is located in the center of Brussels. The tasks involved in this role include but are not limited to:
- Agenda and travel management
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing documents and presentations in PowerPoint format
- Attending meetings, events, and conferences
In addition to these tasks, you are expected to:
- Pay attention to details
- Be organized
- Possess good communication skills
- Have a basic understanding of MS Office
