Job Description: Group Director Treasury at Global Recruitment

The Global Recruitment (LLBC) is a ⚠% Canadian-owned company with over ⚠ years of experience in the bakery and milling industries. We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of Group Director Treasury.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the group's finances in an international context across all business units.
• Maintain the group's treasury function effectively by attaining short term funding, cash, and collateral.
• Manage daily relationships with banks and financial providers to optimize external debt management.
• Advocate for CFO in financial discussions to achieve growth goals.
• Advise on optimal capital structure and funding options for subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing risk associated with FX exposure and interest rate changes.
• Predict cash flow for each subsidiary to ensure balanced financial status.
• Optimize daily operations of treasury across all entities.
• Ensure proper accounting of the group's finances and manage financial market assessments.
