Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and participate in the planning, development, and communication of a strategic plan P&C, Health, and Life.
2. Discuss the strategy of M&DC Agency with the executive committee, shareholders (M&DC Agency, board of directors, etc.).
3. Conduct research, benchmarks, and financial analyses relevant to the market and the organization's strategy.
4. Participate in creating projects aimed at achieving technical profitability objectives, monitoring overall costs, and improving service quality.
5. Conduct complex financial analyses and ensure the completeness and accuracy of results.

Requirements:

• ⚠-⚠ years of experience in financial roles such as auditing or financial control.
• Master's degree specializing in economics, finance, or sciences.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, show initiative and flexibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
