The Program Manager for Transportation Network Design, leading the EU team, is responsible for optimizing the transportation network ensuring safe, quick, cost-effective, and eco-friendly delivery of Global Recruitment packages. The team's growth strategy is double-digit and focuses on resolving recurring issues related to quality, speed, cost, and carbon footprint.

As a Program Manager, your role involves overseeing strategic initiatives, addressing quality and efficiency issues, and creating new tools and processes to enhance the transportation network continuously. You will impact the entire European Global Recruitment network with a long-term perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large data sets and convert them into actionable insights
• Resolve complex projects by breaking them down into manageable tasks

Qualifications:
