Transactions validation & Operational Controls Officer

The primary objective of this role is to support the Chief Operating Officer in the day-to-day validation and control processes of operational processes and operations. A key function of this position is to maintain customer satisfaction and overall service quality by ensuring the adequacy of internal processes, controlling transactions, and managing supplier services according to service level management standards.

In a secondary role, you will continually work to improve and streamline the structure, processes and measurement mechanisms of our strategic third party providers. Work closely with other departments of TreeTop, such as compliance, risk, IT applications and infrastructure, information security, internal controls, data protection, human resources, etc.

Customer data (customers during the boarding process, customer changes) Daily operations control all TreeTop's Controls asset management operational activities and its operating vendors on a daily basis; identifies issues and determines corrective actions. Improving processes and control tools to provide the best bread quality to our end customers. Primary contact for our vendors and internal customers; preparation, generation and maintenance of internal management reports; on-demand assistance with legal and tax reporting. Supplier and service level management.

Support daily monitoring and monitoring of supplier relationships and related SLAs. Responsible for ensuring that all major deliverables during the contract period are completed within target completion times; assists in monitoring supplier monthly performance against established service level commitments and our expectations and works to close gaps. Discuss results monthly with vendors and other departments; report on key business metrics (SLAs, volumes, FTEs, compliance, etc.); develop, document and utilize common operating procedures and process guidelines to ensure compliance with our internal governance, policies and Program;

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• Full proficiency in French and English, Dutch preferred;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Strong self-starter and ability to work independently;

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to build working relationships across the organization and with vendors at all levels;

• Ability to Identify the information and communication needs of stakeholders and project teams (who needs to know, what they need to know, when and how);
• Thorough understanding of supplier management processes and efficient management is an advantage;
• Business knowledge of the financial industry/Background, especially in the mid- and back-end areas;
• Minimum ⚠ years of professional experience in a relevant position.
