The team you will join is Trade Marketing - our European expansion strategy arm. In this role, you will support our remote teams located in over ⚠ countries with different business areas and routes to market. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic company with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and where market realities demand growing demand for our brand.

Your responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day operational support to our sales team regarding ad activation, visual design, material production and delivery, distribution to partners, and campaign execution. They work with brands like Budweiser, Corona, Paula Blomme, Leffe and more.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with and learn from the Trade Marketing Team Leader, as you will both be based at the headquarters in Belgium. We encourage you to share innovative ideas. Unleash your creativity by actively participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to the development of innovative trade marketing campaigns.

You will have the opportunity to develop proficiency in a range of essential technical skills, including SAP, Excel for data analysis, reporting and budgeting, as well as the practical implementation of operational planning, setting you up for success in your future career path.

  • Internal cross-functional support: Communicate with the brand marketing team, communicate with field sales and liaise with customers.
  • Commercial material follow-up: purchase requests, invoice payments, reports, production tracking, distribution to partners, distribution to customers.
  • Communicate with our suppliers regarding material production and payment.
  • Budget Spend Tracking: Support our teams in managing spend and reporting budget to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Interested in developing a career in the business/marketing sector with a focus on understanding how FMCG companies operate. Previous professional experience/internship is an advantage. Excel and Powerpoint knowledge required. Strong communication skills/confidently speaking with a variety of stakeholders. Be curious, proactive and ready to take action. Fluent in English.
