Position: Temporary Office Manager

Location: Antwerp Region

Company: Leading provider of equipment for telecommunication, electricity, water, and gas

Your Tasks:

  • Welcoming guests
  • Planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements
  • Ordering lunch for important meetings
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail

Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English are required. Knowledge of French is a plus. Experience with SAP and office software is preferred.
