Job Description:

• Leading ⚠ test consultants: responsible for their project planning, people management, ensuring quality and quantity.
• Working on the future of testing within Global Recruitment.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the QA strategy, coaching the organization in its implementation.
• Occasionally serving as a test consultant or test coordinator.
• Identifying and leading improvement processes to enhance the efficiency and quality of software development.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent by experience.
• ⚠ years of testing experience, exposure to test automation processes is a plus.
• Experience in software delivery projects and SAP projects is advantageous.
