Work with senior management to develop and prioritize improvement plans and oversee them from start to finish. Works with stakeholders to improve operational performance of each program. Develop driver compensation plan for hauling/line hauling. Labor market research. Driver industry research.
A Day in the Life As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change at Global Recruitment and lead improvement projects and initiatives. This involves regular rate reviews, new business ideas from the team and yourself. You will work with partners to improve not only their P&L, but our model. The Senior Project Manager has significant responsibilities and you will use creativity, innovation and leadership to tackle complex challenges. In addition to process improvements, you can help improve other areas of your company, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Basic qualifications. a conclusion. Proven experience communicating with and influencing a range of diverse stakeholders, including senior management. Relevant experience managing large-scale programs or projects. Advanced language skills and written English skills.
