You are part of the West/East Flemish team and work together with about ten colleagues in the service and expertise infrastructure. The plan and the structure determine our day, and various activities make this day full of charm. Your home base is the warehouse in Oostende.

As a building technician, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the electrical work of electrical installations in buildings and technical installations in these buildings.
• Hygienic maintenance and repairs.
• Sanitary boiler.
• Wiring and connection of the control cabinet.
• Reading, adjusting, and drawing diagrams (knowledge of AutoCAD and/or electronic planning is advantageous).
• Solving more complex electrical problems independently.
• HVAC.
• In motion.
• Repair of electrical installations.

Assisting in the administrative processing of the completed work. Ultimately, you are a true team player focused on internal customers. What do you offer?

• TSO Electronics/Electricity with 3 years of demonstrable and verifiable relevant experience or a bachelor's degree without experience or an equivalent diploma obtained through demonstrable relevant experience.
• You have or are willing to obtain the certificates BA4, BA5. Knowledge of General Regulations for Electrical Installations (AREI).
• You have a good basic knowledge of electricity and a good understanding of different types of electrical installations and different types of grounding systems.
• You have a good understanding of the use and operation of load switches and disconnect switches and are familiar with program control and data wiring.
• Preferably knowledge of telephone and network.
• You are a generalist with a hands-on mentality, pay attention to safety.
• You are in good health.
• You can work perfectly independently and in teams, and you are flexible in tasks and timing.
• You have a driver's license B and are ready to obtain a driver's license B/E or C/E (through internal training).
• Good knowledge of Dutch.
