As a Solutions Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to our DACH and UK customers, providing advice and technical support for KC Connect breast and bone health products. They provide solutions to the challenges you face and access expertise when you need additional support. We are looking for a true team player who is passionate about communicating and working in a diverse environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support and experience to end users regarding technical and application issues.
• Gather all necessary information to assist in root cause analysis to ensure customer availability.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and service delivery.
• Take responsibility for ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Experience

• Willingness to be a recognized and trusted expert on KC Connect products.
• While maintaining compliance, you will perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and determine next steps.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fluency in spoken and written English and German is essential.
• Customer service experience.
• Adaptability in rapidly growing and changing environments.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, with initiative, and a pragmatic attitude.
• A biomedical background is an advantage.
