Opportunity for Technical Support Department Employment:

Main Responsibilities:

• Direct support to technicians in resolution of troubleshoots and repairs
• Software development, including remote upload of software and troubleshooting
• Planning for failed turbines and providing responses to technical questions
• Participating in customer conversations and planning of low-powered generators
• Providing technical assistance for turbine downtime and performance

Additional Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership to implement Global Recruitment strategy
• Communication between Technical Support team and site team
• Handling stopped turbines on a daily basis and monitoring turbine performance
• Reviewing technical questions and reports during customer meetings

Requirements for the Position:

• Combination of electrical or mechanical instruction with industry experience
• Technical experience with Global Recruitment turbine technical issues
• Understanding of WTG control systems and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, passion for wind energy
