About the role...

As a true representative and influencer, this role will influence our customers through educational efforts. The role facilitates all customer channels and is essential to maintaining stores in Belgium and North France. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing the Technical Educator team
• Accompanying Technical Educators to maintain standards
• Distributing events, conducting protests, and creative recreational activities
• Educating key customers about technical aspects of offerings
• Helping develop a centralized testing platform
• Quality assurance of French translations
