Job Description

CLSS Services invests in innovation. For over ⚠ years, the R&D team has been developing innovative HR solutions that are considered top products globally. These web/cloud applications professionalize our clients' selection and talent management processes and support thousands of end users around the world in their day-to-day challenges. You will be involved in the development and ongoing innovation of our online HR solutions. You will support our team with technical analysis and development of web/cloud applications, focusing on translating functional standards into technical requirements and implementing front-end and business logic. You are both analytical and critical, with an eye for detail that helps you conduct in-depth technical analysis, taking into account the historical context and future direction of an application.

Summary

You are passionate about the web, understand business processes and IT infrastructure, and have at least five years of experience analyzing and developing software in .NET. Ideally, you have a master's or bachelor's degree and are proficient in .Net and Azure-related technologies. You work well in agile teams using MS DevOps and have the courage to speak up, contribute and handle contributions, manage colleagues and help the team grow. You are proactive and pragmatic. You are able to work independently and communicate convincingly. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to define optimal technical solution designs and envision the future and growth of the application. You will accompany the development team to strictly implement acceptance criteria. In addition to analytics, you can help clarify the board by implementing user stories and reviewing pull requests yourself. The team uses 🔗 MVC, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Azure Services, SASS, TypeScript, SignalR, NOSQL, Postman, Octopus, Git, and more. Candidates with experience in these fields are preferred. You speak Dutch or English fluently. In this case, it would be nice if you could understand the Dutch jokes within the team. You will work from our conveniently located Blue Towers office in Ghent and have the option to work remotely ⚠ days per month or occasionally work from our offices in Antwerp or Brussels.
