Order Fulfillment Team Leader

We are recruiting a proactive, experienced Team Leader for the Order Fulfillment department of a building materials company. This position is located in Hallebeke but may require occasional visits to other sites in the division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the order acceptance process, ensuring and supporting the smooth running of the process, and leading a team of experienced order management experts. You work closely with a wide range of stakeholders (plant managers, sales managers, management, customers...). This is a new role for the company. Further development and completion of functions can be carried out according to individual capabilities.

Order Management:

Manage the entire order acceptance process from order receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Leads and motivates a team of five contract management specialists, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure the team's success.

ERP expertise:

Leverage your in-depth ERP knowledge to optimize order processing, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.

Change Management:

Participate in change management initiatives related to the order management process and ensure smooth transition and adoption of new procedures.

Customer Satisfaction:

Collaborates with other departments to promptly resolve customer issues and inquiries and exceed customer expectations.

Performance Indicators:

Monitor and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract administration and collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed goals.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve order management processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Reporting:

Create reports and provide insights to senior management on order management performance and trends.

Multilingual support:

Leverage your fluency in Dutch, French, and English to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in their preferred languages. Get a deeper understanding of SAP Open for Change Management principles.

Experience:

At least ⚠ to ⚠ years before entering an international environment. Your initial experience as a team leader becomes part of your career. In-depth understanding of ERP systems. Extensive experience in order management, preferably working in a building materials company.
