After thorough training, you will get to know candidates and clients and become their first point of contact. As a Talent Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Identifying business opportunities by speaking with clients and candidates.
• Searching, selecting, and matching candidates to relevant positions.
• Building strong relationships with clients and fully understanding the organization and its recruiting needs.
• Managing vacancies, including writing and posting job advertisements.
• Conducting interviews to ensure candidates are fully informed and providing regular communication and feedback.
• Organizing and attending meetings with potential clients and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Proactively reaching out to new customers to expand your product portfolio.

Ideally, candidates for Talent Consultant positions should possess the following:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, initial experience in finance, B⚠B sales, or commercial functions is a definite advantage (student work, internships, etc.)
• Primary business-oriented mindset
• Interest in the recruitment field
• Proficiency in Dutch or French, and proficiency in English are required
• Able to handle personal and team goals and KPIs in a fast-moving, competitive business environment
• Commitment to quality, whether for clients or candidates
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
