To promote this growth, a custom policy of recruitment and a personalized process have been necessary. To enhance the Talent department, they require someone with significant experience in the recruitment process in order to develop, attract, and choose the most talented individuals.

In this position, your job is not confined to interviews! You have a full ⚠ degree of human needs within the company and have successfully completed various projects regarding talent acquisition, retention, and attraction. Recruitment processes from A to Z, Liaising with managers, advising, and analyzing different approaches to each team, Developing recruitment campaigns and alliances (schools, job fairs...) Project-related to Employer Branding and talent acquisition, Developing recruitment tools and candidate searches, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management (or similar field) with a significant amount of extra time, Excellent communication skills in French that are coupled with a good amount of Dutch and English, and a healthy and pleasant work environment that allows for a good work-life balance.
