Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT recruiter

Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/IT Recruiter. We are looking for a true "headhunter" to join our team to help us recruit and select talented IT professionals and strengthen our employer brand in the IT space.

You will work with the Human Resources Manager and Recruiting team to understand the needs of our clients. They search for information. They screen and interview potential candidates to find the best person for each IT position. You manage the recruitment process from start to finish, from job opportunities to salary recommendations. You will build a network of IT experts and maintain close relationships with candidates. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection. You will contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies and initiatives. You will actively participate in employer branding activities to strengthen the company's brand image as an IT employer. You maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.

Are you the talented colleague we're looking for? You can demonstrate experience as an IT recruiter or a similar role. You are fluent in French and English (any other language is an advantage).
