As a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• You are responsible for filling job openings and working with clients to determine recruiting strategies and methods.
• You can use the right working channels to generate the best inflow of funds.
• They search for suitable candidates through various channels.
• As a sparring partner, you screen candidates in a pleasant and thorough manner and provide your clients with evidence-based qualitative reports.
• You build partnerships with clients and provide regular updates.
• You handle new business inquiries from clients and have a sense of opportunity.

• You work closely with colleagues in the recruitment and selection area.
• You prefer to have a master's degree.
• Initial experience with recruiting experts is a must.

• Proficient in Dutch and English, preferably French.
