Job Title: System Engineer

• Manage, optimize, and support client devices based on Windows.
• Oversee installation, migration, and management of computers and devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from SCCM to a modern information system.
• Create and implement policies, necessary procedures, and configurations for effective, secure, and innovative client management.
• Provide guidance and support to various IT teams and end-users.
• Collaborate with other organizations to manage and facilitate installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft ⚠ apps.
• Automate device management, reporting, and dashboards using Azure automation tools, Power BI, or other methods.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the digital workplace, Windows device management, and the Microsoft ⚠ platform.
• Propose improvements to systems, infrastructure, and processes for implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in managing Windows client devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and PowerShell.
