Job Description:
The successful candidate will be integral to the Benchmarking team as a seasoned Sustainability Technical expert, and will take part in the creation of new projects that are retrofitted with Sustainability or are situated in the middle of Global Recruitment's Sustainability Centers (SC). The Sustainability Project Manager will have a significant role in the creation and implementation of the European (EU) and United Kingdom's (UK) networks, as well as being involved in the long term development of Global Recruitment's Sustainability infrastructure. This opportunity combines the planning of construction projects, the management of projects, the supervision of facilities, the comparison of practices, and the contract management of projects. It necessitates a person who can demonstrate proven talent in the planning and design, and the supervision of new projects and enhancement of existing projects with MHE. They must have a proven record of allowing, design, and engineering, and project management. You will participate in the EU's/UK's Benchmarking team, which is responsible for maintaining the standards, procedures, and delivery of all parts of our buildings. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC, you will serve as the link between the Preconstruction, Construction team, and the design team responsible for the ongoing projects. These projects are designed in accordance with Worldwide Design Sustainability and design templates. You will have the responsibility of improving the efficiency of carbon and energy in all aspects of the built environment; mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and BMS components that we create and utilize within our structures. Review and discuss examples of successful designs and concepts that contribute to improvements in all areas of sustainability and carbon reduction, this facilitates the transportation engineering services (TES) to improve. The practice of sustainability and the knowledge of construction is crucial. Accountable for overseeing the sustainability of construction projects, planning, and design. She also has a role in the management of contractors, designers, and consultants regarding sustainability issues. Technical reports, specifications, and technical analyses are necessary to fully define the requirements of the design, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. These issues are discussed with vendors and presented as formal documentation for approval when necessary. Additionally, contracts must be considered for their suitability to be maintained, and they must have a high degree of effectiveness and efficiency. Educate other new members on the best way to sustain themselves. Review, challenge and improve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS services design and overall design for prototype templates Support the implementation of sustainability goals in regards to all technical stakeholders (IT, LP, BMS, risk) during the Pre-construction phase. Drive the team responsible for procuring materials by stating the specifications for the MEP categories Influence, coordinate and lead the Sustainability goals and strategies associated with all construction activity in our program of activity. Review technical programs and accelerate the schedule, reduce costs, and standardize. Define and implement strategies for collecting data and providing information regarding existing and new real estate assets. Collect and combine the feedback of developers, GCs and internal stakeholders. Help Pre construction and Construction Managers during the design of projects, the procurement of GCs and the resolution of problems. We are open to receiving applicants from Luxembourg, LUX

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree, B.S. or professor, in architecture, or engineering (or science/ technology). Numerous mechanical, electrical and HVAC projects, execution, design or prototyping, and overall design abilities, proven technical leadership abilities in the development and implementation of large scale, complex projects. Travel flexibility: up to ⚠% across projects in Europe. Excellent knowledge of how to use MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project and other software. preferred qualifications, such as Global Recruitment is a neutral employer.
