We are seeking an experienced, motivated, analytical and creative Packaging Support Engineer to manage Global Recruitment's technical packaging documentation and drive the transition to the new AWS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling sustainable e-commerce packaging standards and sustainable packaging solutions across all Global Recruitment fulfillment centers in the EU. To be successful, you will need excellent communication, structure and influencing skills to manage packaging suppliers and internal stakeholders.

As a Packaging Support Technician, you play a key role in obtaining and managing Global Recruitment technical packaging documentation. Their attention to detail ensures the precision and accuracy of packaging specification sheets, graphics and technical drawings. Additionally, you will help drive document collection project timelines and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The ability to work independently and respond to uncertain environments is a must. Job ownership is extremely important and candidates should have a proven track record of delivering projects and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, agile, and has strong time management and project management skills.

Collect and manage technical packaging documents for Global Recruitment from external vendors. Ensure the accuracy and detail of all administrative documents and eliminate errors or inconsistencies. Migrate documents from old templates to newer versions, ensuring continuity and consistency. Control and monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved on time. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and clear communication. Provide targeted support to the packaging engineering team and facilitate their tasks and responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

• Program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements
• Experience in program strategy, end-to-end delivery and communication of results
• Senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvements
• Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field
