Your tasks will include:

• Creating a plan for equipment and spare parts purchases while maintaining a balanced level of accuracy in supply procurement and customer service.
• Monitoring daily service performance and taking proactive actions to prevent availability issues of both devices and spare parts.
• Developing a twelve-week plan for purchasing goods with the highest efficiency.
• Tracking daily agendas.
• Proactively communicating with external and internal partners about stock levels, material availability, and following up on SLAs, complaints, invoices, and supplier warranties.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel, focusing on advanced functions and data analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of SAP and other planning systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, enabling effective planning through interpretation and use of complex information.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to adapt to French.

Nice to have on your CV:

• Master's or bachelor's degree with experience in a supply chain.
• Previous experience as a member of the supply chain team.
• Effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain tasks.
