Job Description: Global Recruitment Supply Chain Manager for EU Business Operations

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy and planning for Global Recruitment's Business Operations in the EU
• Integrate B⚠B requirements into the infrastructure of Global Recruitment's fulfillment
• Maintain functionality of complex international supply chains
• Collaborate with various teams across Global Recruitment to improve supply chains efficiency
• Analyze data to enhance customer experience and reduce costs
• Define supply chain and operating models for different businesses
• Manage practical issues associated with supply chain management
• Participate in forecasting and planning of new projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in relevant literature or science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) field
• Ability to create reports for leadership
• Upper intermediate level in the local language
