Our Supply Chain Management Trainee (SMT) program is a ⚠-month program starting in August ⚠ and consists of three different projects, each lasting ⚠ to ⚠ weeks, in the country where you are applying conduct. As a young talent you will develop your leadership, project and general management skills and gain a ⚠-degree view of our supply chain. They take a ⚠-⚠-⚠ approach to learning and development, where ⚠% is on-the-job learning, ⚠% is exposure to others, and ⚠% is formal learning and training. You'll work in our brewery or logistics department, where you'll gain hands-on experience producing the beers we're famous for, learning first-hand the technical and practical challenges that impact various departments, including logistics, quality, packaging, brewery operations and employees.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset who are excited about a career in supply, logistics and procurement. We are looking for managers who want to optimize their processes. Therefore, if you have held a leadership role within or outside the university, this program may be a good fit for you. To be eligible:

You must have obtained (before September ⚠ and no more than two years ago) a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering (preferably chemical, mechanical, production or electrical engineering), Natural Science Science Natural sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry, life sciences), brewing or food sciences or supply chain studies. Additionally, your professional experience should not exceed ⚠ years (excluding internships/voluntary/student work). Fluency in English and native language in the country to which you are applying are required. In order to qualify for the program, a valid permanent visa/work permit is required in the country of application. During and after the ⚠-month program, you may be required to travel within your application country and throughout Europe.
