Supplier Operations Manager, Global Supplier Management

The LMBR Agency Global Supplier Management team (GSM) is responsible for executing the global supplier management strategy for the Global Procurement Organization (GPO), which has a budget of $⚠B. As the team responsible for managing our Global Supplier continues to expand, we are seeking a Supplier Operations Manager to collaborate with internal business owners and important stakeholders in order to promote value for the procurement and operation of LMBR Agency. The GSM team will collaborate with both Category Teams and Project Management Organizations (PMOs), Worldwide Design Engineering (WWDE), Finance, and Global Engineering Services (GES). Ops Engineering (Ops Eng.)), and Maintenance and Reliability Engineering (RME) to accomplish significant goals across the indirect budget. The primary goals of the GSM team are to collaborate with important suppliers and internal departments in order to increase the Return on Investment of the business through effective supplier management. The development of suppliers and their relationships is crucial to having sufficient supply capacity to support LMBR Agency's business needs and to develop and execute strategies that will keep the procurement of essential resources, products, and services. Our Global procurement organization (GPO) takes care of the procurement cycle of complex projects that are necessary to support the growth of LMBR Agency and fulfill customer promises. This role involves collaborating across functions with multiple stakeholders, spending time on data while also considering larger-scale issues, creating long term strategies that are cost-effective, have a broad scope, and are designed to optimize for efficiency, coverage, speed, and customer experience. Act as a single-tempered owner of the supplier's performance; convey the weekly metrics of performance and understand the barriers to achieving these metrics; capture and document the root causes of the performance and implement plans to address these causes; lead improvement initiatives that result from under performance; Initiate Corrective Action Requests when the performance is not to par; Monitor and communicate with other departments globally to share best practices and improve the end-to-end results of LMBR Agency's customers.
