Job Description: Global Strategy and Planning, Sr.

Location: London, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning process for the entire GSRC team
• Directly manage the operational risk compliance process (ORC)
• Execute and govern the service management process
• Maximize potential for customer and business teams
• Oversee the GSRC project portfolio
• Guide long-range planning processes
• Establish mechanisms for critical reporting and evaluation
• Regularly review program/project portfolio
• Control the process of service management
• Plan and prepare strategic projects

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in business, strategy, planning, and management of projects
• Experience managing large projects in a matrixed organization or fast-moving environment
• Experience in managing programs or projects, including analytics
• Experience in people management and development
• Strong writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial knowledge and business acumen
• Experience in managing companies or internal strategy role in a large corporation
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma
• Background in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industries
