The AMXL Strategy team seeks a Business Intelligence Manager to assist in the development of our BI team, this will help to possess our reporting, metrics, and KPI's creation, as well as functional and cross-functional mechanisms that will propel our success. As a leader in support of BI's efforts across the organization, you will collaborate with multiple disciplines to promote clarity among a large number of stakeholders and partners. Your job will be crucial--in this role, you'll have to create a new analytical and reporting platform that will support important initiatives. You will collaborate with business participants to produce findings and recommendations that have the potential to influence the key results of our business. The transparency of your work will allow us to enhance the experience of Global Recruitment employees.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for reporting that utilize Global Recruitment's cloud technologies
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business Intelligence Engineers
• Communicate with leadership and diverse customer base to understand needs and propose solutions
• Cause the design, creation, and execution of analytics to provide stakeholders with structured information access
• Own the design, creation, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards for important business decisions

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (math, statistics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience
• Experience with analytics, data engineering, market research or related fields
• Proficiency with SQL and working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
• Extra skills in Excel, data visualization tools like Quicksight, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Experience in ETL, data modeling, and large data tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team responsible for data or information management
• Understanding of scripting languages (Python, R, etc.)
• Experience with AWS data warehouse and reporting technologies like Global Recruitment, Global Recruitment, S⚠, etc.
• Understanding of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations, and analytical platforms
• Preferred qualifications in Engineering or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science
