Supply Chain Manager for Reusable Items

As a Supply Chain Manager for Reusable Items, you will have a general role in helping to develop the strategic vision for your specific program area in order to provide a sustainable source of support for the indirect supply chain's non-inventory processes with regards to global customers in GCF and beyond. You will:

• Determine the requirements of programs
• Own and lead the supply assurance of reusables and the continuity of supply of specific aspects of the global supply chain of reusables
• Have a portfolio of projects and measure, act on, and auditeable, as well as non-reusable processes and solutions in the supply chain
• Work with global partners and stakeholders to comprehend the current state of the circular economy - then create the ideal state with these same partners
• Create and document a strategy for engaged operations that will guarantee the supply of reusable goods and services across the network
• Report on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate performance and actively identify the risk associated with supplying key non-inventories
• Track the development of new customer groups that are onboarded at the company
• Create reviews of business that are effective at communicating to both internal and external parties
• Work with the Senior Manager to participate in projects that will lead to operational improvements via streamline processes
• Create quality assessments that are daily based
• Promote the vision with important internal partners

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience with data and metrics
• Preferred Qualification:
• Master's degree or a business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field of experience
