W&H Solutions is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Senior Commercial Marketing Specialist based in Brussels to join his Experienced marketing team. The technical expert then added. As part of the W&H Solutions team, the Senior Specialist will play a vital role in implementing marketing strategies, events and other direct marketing activities to support sales objectives across the Benelux and Nordic regions. Work with all functions to support our sales team and partners in achieving sales and brand expansion goals, reporting to the Director of Channel Marketing EMEA. The Senior Specialist will:

  • Gather sales needs and input.
  • Regional Product Portfolio Management (RPPM) and briefings prepared for CBS.
  • Grow W&H Solutions sales through partner online stores.
  • Assist sales partners in creating campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Initiate new product development (NPD) and assist with training needs.
  • Develop and support channel marketing requirements for priority channel partners; develop and review sales catalogs and digital platforms.
  • Support regional market knowledge/expertise and drive the development of local channel marketing strategies, tactics and tools to execute global strategies and accurately reflect the regional customer base.
  • Ensure translation and visual adaptation to country, coordinate with appropriate subject matter experts to implement, track and report on agreed strategies, regional business strategies and corresponding calendars.
  • Deliver business communications programs (traditional and non-traditional) to support business strategy, including thought leadership, digital and social media platforms.
  • Support the development of the annual budget process by providing regional project recommendations, including sales focus priorities and A&P requirements.
  • Experience working with inside sales representatives and sales managers.
  • B⚠B experts preferred.
  • Proven customer and stakeholder focus.
  • Expertise in collaborating at different levels and managing complexity; setting priorities.
  • Team-based interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written), preference will be given to those who understand Swedish and Danish.
  • This position may require frequent domestic/international travel (⚠-⚠%) to meet with customers and attend/host trade shows and channel events.
