Sr. Risk & Compliance Manager, Transportation Risk and Compliance
Want to help the world's most customer-centric company design, implement, and monitor risk mitigation strategies to improve customer experience and protect the Global Recruitment brand? In this role, you will work closely with Global Recruitment's last-mile carriers to develop strategic plans and frameworks that support carrier partners in meeting their legal and contractual obligations related to business practices, driver/provider qualifications, and safety standards. As part of the program, you will be required to apply risk and control concepts to new and existing business models, communicate identified outcomes clearly and concisely to senior management, and work with cross-functional teams to design workflows to support risk mitigation activities. They set program goals, assign appropriate metrics to measure success, and drive business changes to reduce risk. This role requires leadership and development of independent team members and a high level of strategic thinking to delve into analytical problem solving while thinking about the big picture. You must be able to adapt to uncertainty and enjoy the process of dealing with different problems every day. This position will be based at one of Global Recruitment's corporate headquarters and requires the ability to travel regularly. Lead and develop a team of risk assessment managers. You look after your people, supporting them to develop their skills, facilitate new career experiences and achieve their career goals.
Ability to define, develop and implement risk plans and use metrics to drive quantitative improvements. Ability to manage, monitor and drive projects to completion on time. Ability to build successful partnerships with internal and external teams to implement tactical plans. Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proven problem-solving skills leveraging data and insights to drive tactical business decisions.
A Day in the Life
The Senior Risk & Compliance Manager will work with business stakeholders, security, legal, finance, technology and HR teams to implement best-in-class, customer-focused compliance and risk management solutions. This individual will lead a team of auditors conducting inspection activities, provide advisory support to operators to identify opportunities for improvement, develop corrective action plans to address audit failures, and manage these remediation plans to completion.

Basic Qualifications
Risk, Audit (internal or external), Compliance, Internal Controls, Legal, HR Compliance, Labor and Employment, Transport or Supply Chain Experience industry. Bachelor's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading and developing teams. Technical skills and familiarity with complex database and data analysis tools such as QuickSight, PowerBI, SQL. One or more professional certifications – CPA, CISA, CIA, CFE, CCEP, PMP. Have project management experience. Experience leading risk assessment and define audit roadmaps.
