Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory for Global Recruitment and drive primary business results
• Support Buying Operations and EU functions
• Collaborate with industry leaders for business growth
• Improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Enhance inventory performance and customer order quality
• Act as a guide and advisor to team members globally
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in technology roadmap ownership
• Knowledge of product technical aspects and tradeoffs
• Experience in advocating for critical customers and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Ability to drive adoption of new tools
