Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced executive to join the Strategy and Integration team in the area of ​​EU transport network topology and systems. You are a natural self-starter with the ability to translate Global Recruitment's long-term vision into strategic and tactical topology and configuration optimization plans for SWA and multiple partners operating across the EU, and bring standardization and automation to the Trans Network Systems domain for the West Australian University. This requires a truly hands-on approach, solid stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.

You will be part of the core team building Global Recruitment's shipping operations network as well as the EU-wide system optimization strategy and implementation plan. You will help shape and design the Global Recruitment product and engage and influence multiple operational stakeholders to build a shipping provider our customers love. You will have a truly hands-on approach, operational understanding, solid leadership skills and the ability to build and leverage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Because this position requires regular interaction with senior leadership (Directors, Vice Presidents), you must be able to communicate easily at this level while also working directly with various functional teams and team members at all levels of the organization within the Global Recruitment business.

Lead the EU SWA network topology and system roadmap to enable peak and post-peak topologies and configuration automation/validation. A valued partner for ATS SNDI, ATS NPI, Global Recruitment, Global Recruitment, GTS TNC and SWA Product and Tech. A thought leader in network configuration and transmission systems. Be an advocate and influencer for the company with partner teams and stakeholders. Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with business, product and operations teams. Support the launch of Global Recruitment in new countries and new segments internally and externally from a configuration/topology perspective. Develop structural plans and routines to ensure all strategic and tactical plans are implemented on time and to expected standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with, presenting and influencing executives at the VP level
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience leading teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
