Sr. Network Manager, Tactical Network Planning

A&DB Solutions's network management team plays a core role in our global business. You will ensure our complex, dynamic international supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently to ensure the best possible customer experience. As a Senior Network Manager on the Tactical Network Planning team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale network transformation to drive cost, speed, performance and sustainability benefits across the entire end-to-end transportation network. You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with first-, middle-, and last-mile managers to make informed topology and timing design decisions. They sit at the intersection of business and technology and are key users of A&DB Solutions's latest web design technologies and inform future technology improvements. By optimizing the design of our network, you will make the A&DB Solutions customer experience better and make our company more energy efficient and cost-effective. Define principles and guide the identification, analysis, and timing design of end-to-end networks. Gather and prioritize business requirements to inform design fidelity, UX/UI, and interoperability of web design tools. Leading the planning and organization of complex, highly visible network design projects.

A day in the life As a Senior Network Manager at A&DB Solutions, one needs to test many hypotheses and make data-driven decisions. You will work with a range of teams to address challenges and think in both the short and long term to build a strong and resilient supply chain network. As a Senior Network Manager, you will have the vision and drive innovative solutions to A&DB Solutions's most pressing network design needs. This requires you to work with multiple different teams across ATS, GTS and GLL Connect to identify potential network optimizations, test and validate their business cases and guide the design. No two days are the same and your role is varied, meaning you'll learn something new every day.

Basic qualifications. a conclusion. Demonstrated experience analyzing data and preparing reports for senior executives. Demonstrated experience communicating with a broad range of stakeholders, including your peers and managers. Proven experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines. Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English.
