Context
As the Senior Manager of Customer Service at Global Recruitment, you are responsible for the realization of direct sales and the preservation of commercial policy at Global Recruitment. Additionally, you must operationalize the customer service center and achieve the goal of providing maximum customer service at the minimum cost. It's a central role between all departments involved (field sales, logistics, finance and commercial).
Your position will require:
- daily supervision of the customer service's operation.
- Directing and achieving the annual volume goals and metrics.
- Additionally, they communicate with the team.
- Manage the budgets for headcount and operational expenses, as well as improve the processes of operation.
- Organize frequent meetings with different departments to meet goals, as well as with other countries.
- Lead, manage, coach, and coordinate the employees' efforts, utilizing the resources provided by P&C. This primarily involves three aspects: attract, retain and develop the employees.
