Global Recruitment is looking for a business-focused Senior Manager to join the Planning team to support planning, integration, scoping and project governance for the EU sortation center network. The right candidate will have a solid sense of personal responsibility and be a proactive candidate with project/program/change management experience. This role will be responsible for leading the organization's end-to-end business case by coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, establishing project management mechanisms to design integration plans, and creating new procedures and change management strategies. The candidate must be able to work well with diverse functional teams and individuals across multiple locations, teams and functions. This opportunity combines planning, project management, engineering knowledge, facilities management, operations knowledge and project management. It requires an individual with proven planning and change management skills, excellent communication skills at all levels, the ability to organize and create processes where none exists (high levels of ambiguity), and the ability to create and implement governance that enables stakeholder participation Frameworks strive to achieve goals.

Take a holistic approach to business analysis and drive improvements across a range of teams and organizations. Standardize processes, timelines and dependencies. Be a governance facilitator and maintain structures, procedures and standard operating procedures that follow a common language for project and program delivery. Work with senior management to develop and prioritize improvement plans and oversee them from start to finish. Create mechanisms to identify risks in a sustainable and scalable manner and guide communications with the business and relevant stakeholders to identify mitigations or solutions. Develop, evaluate and streamline current workflows and improve the organization's team structure and document tracking. Understand, track and communicate risks to project deliverables with project owners to determine the path forward and mitigation plans. Communicate project status, facilitate and improve decision-making, resolve escalation issues and assistance requests between teams. Drive critical path planning elements and escalate potential risks and delays to leadership/business. Prepare, submit and track relevant investment documents to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and achieve the best overall value. Lead a team of project managers capable of building project portfolios and functions. Develop, present and implement business cases (e.g. new strategies, investments, transformations) by working with over ⚠ teams. Drive standardization and consistency across the network while staying on budget and comparing costs to previous projects, other business areas and market conditions. Connect, communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams at senior leadership levels. Work closely with real estate, engineering, security, supply chain, finance, human resources, general contractors, operations and project teams to build and secure support and resources for projects. Liaise with different stakeholders (finance, engineering, network planning, etc.) to standardize investment frameworks and financial models.

A Day in the Life As we advance our plans, senior managers help us organize and direct our efforts to achieve plan milestones and key results. Additionally, you will play an active role in scoping complex programs and initiatives and presenting your analysis and recommendations to Directors and Vice Presidents to inform change at the most senior levels. You will lead a team of program and project managers who work with a variety of technical, operational and business stakeholders to advance mission-critical initiatives. You will challenge and coach the team to ensure timely progress and completion of deliverables, coordinate their efforts, and resolve lack of traction or adoption when necessary. You'll always be looking to the future and thinking about how to create the most value for the company and customers.

Basic qualification, university degree, engineering, supply chain, economics, business administration or similar degree. Technical leadership experience developing and implementing large, complex projects. Change management experience. Experience in project/program management. Good written and spoken English skills. Experience in supply chain, logistics or similar fields. • Experience communicating and presenting documents to multiple levels of stakeholders.
