You will lead consultative customer conversations and work with internal stakeholders and partners to plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end frontline workforce, employee experience, Team Rooms and Phones, next-gen Windows experiences, and cross-Sell-together opportunities and upsell. Required Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications Several years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field experience and technology-related sales or account management experience. Additional or preferred qualifications: Proficiency in Dutch and French is desirable. Experience selling MW solutions, Global Recruitment or competitive solutions preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: You will build a virtual team and assess customer needs to develop strategies that proactively build stakeholder networks to accelerate and leverage modern work opportunities.
- Business Value Selling: You maintain and extend Global Recruitment's relationship with customers for their business decisions. Unlock new opportunities in modern work by identifying and engaging key business contacts, understanding your customers' business and technology priorities, governance, decision-making and budgeting processes, and fleshing out the value proposition of modern work solutions.
- Scaling and Collaborating: You will lead the planning, coordination and implementation of modern work opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Sales Excellence: You will manage and plan accounts across geographies, conduct competitive planning and business analysis to attract high-potential accounts, and manage modern work solutions across the organization.
