About the Team

As a member of our diverse and knowledgeable Pre-Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to learn new things and demonstrate your existing skills while facing daily challenges. Your daily responsibilities include connecting prospects' business needs to Global Recruitment solutions by creating high-quality contextual content and delivering creative and engaging presentations that help our clients transform and streamline their businesses to achieve strategic goals and address business challenges.

Job Summary:

As a Global Recruitment Financial Solutions Consultant, you will leverage deep product knowledge to provide ERP expertise to the sales team and customers. Presales involves the entire sales cycle, from initial qualification through discovery to customized product demos, deep dives, and executive-level presentations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to potential and existing customers, providing advice on product features and sales value.

About you

Comprehensive financial expertise. Knowledge of core accounting (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, fixed assets and cash management) with experience in procurement, projects, financial reporting, revenue management, expenses and taxes. Understand current financial operations and business needs. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with C-level audiences. Ability to work on multiple projects individually and as part of different teams. Team oriented with excellent interpersonal/communication skills. A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow. Value-based sales experience will be an advantage. Experience presenting administrative computer solutions to technical and business audiences will be an advantage. Degree in accounting or related field or equivalent professional experience.
