Job Description

In this team, you will work together with 7 other colleagues, each with their own set of tasks.

Your Responsibilities

• You support our internal customers in using the software by preparing audits, providing training, and handling communication.
• You act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and business partner of the assigned internal customer group, building a trust relationship with them.
• You provide training on software usage.
• You monitor the adoption and use of existing software and conduct optimization audits.
• You are responsible for all communication related to software usage, ensuring clear and smooth communication in 2 languages.
• You work closely with business analysts to capture new software capabilities and explore their relevance for internal customers.
• You support the business in the transformation process.

Your Profile

• Your Hard Skills
• You have several years of (related) work experience.
• Experience in giving training is a significant asset.
• You possess technical knowledge and affinity with software.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or ATS software is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft environment is important.
• Project work experience can be beneficial.
• You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
• Experience in human resources business is an advantage.
