Do you have a Master's degree in Engineering in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or IT? Are you a Scrum expert looking for a new automotive challenge working on many software aspects in a multicultural team? Your Mission:
- Our multicultural software development team of ⚠ employees in Braine-l'Alleud is currently looking for a Software Scrum Master to join the team.
- You will work closely with Japanese software developers, project managers, clients and colleagues.
- What will your job be?
- They support the most cutting-edge software products in automotive powertrains.
- You support your team in removing roadblocks.
- They ensure good coordination with all parties.
- You serve as the moderator in the meeting.
- They act as a buffer between the team and other stakeholders by synthesizing data from stakeholders.
- You support stakeholders with technical articles.
- You will build and maintain relationships with automotive customers on multiple levels.
- They report any impediments affecting the product to management.
- They ensure process consistency.

Required Experience Level:
- Verified - Advanced Master's degree in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or IT.
- Minimum ⚠ years of similar experience and knowledge in embedded C language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, problem solving, work ethics, time management and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English.
- Technical acumen.
- Ability to understand and translate complex requirements.
- Interesting, French, Chinese and Japanese are a plus.
- Strong interest in automotive.
- Willingness to support other activities.
- SAFe and Scrum Master certification.
