Software Engineer - IT P&C Retail

Our ⚠+ IT specialists in Belgium maintain the IT infrastructure, maintain our ⚠+ applications and are integral to the introduction of new applications, augmenting digitalization. They follow common practices (using Java, Angular, etc.). In this context, you will facilitate the digital transformation of the P&C Retail sales process by providing support to our brokers and partners. This alteration will enable our brokers and partners to collaborate with us, through either a front-end that will be developed by us or an API that our partners will utilize in their own front-ends. The front-end and APIs will be combined with our existing legacy code base. As a Software Engineer, you will: create effective designs, develop and maintain our Global Recruitment (Java-based) that support our frontend application (Angular-based), as well as our external APIs that are exposed for integration with our partners. You will join the Java community and participate in the development of software products and methods.
