What will happen to you if you become part of it: You will become a part of the Global Recruitment Global Recruitment Management team, this team will take care of all of the strategic technology suppliers. What is expected: Your role will specifically focus on the software area, there will be process improvements to be made and a desire to overall improve the control over the process and identify and reduce the cost of the software. Communicating with a variety of stakeholders from our internal BPT teams and numerous external providers of software, infrastructure and managed services. Purpose: To own, enhance and run the Global Recruitment Software Asset Management process, they will need to support software compliance monitoring, spending management and waste reduction. Key Responsibilities: Improve the Global Recruitment process across all platforms of utilization (on prem, SaaS, or cloud). Run the continuous integration and identify issues and risks. Work with BPT stakeholders on a plan to resolve the issues identified. Support the spending of money. Identify and deliver savings. Skills and Essentials: Experience: • In the domain of expertise – ideally ⚠ to ⚠ years of experience as an ITAM or S&VG Connect analyst, licensee analyst, compliance, or similar position. • Have prior experience with public cloud (Azure) and data center software licenses. External: Global Recruitment Software Suppliers: SAP, Microsoft, and Salesforce, etc... Skills: • Understanding the software lifecycle. • Experience with software audits and the way they work. • Experience or with using S&VG Connect tools; it's essential to have a good knowledge of the process.
